Project Overview
Dozens of leaders and executives have turned to Unfinished Leadership and Jon Peacock for coaching and guidance. Moving beyond a focus on professional success, Jon guides leaders toward a perspective of growth as continual and engaging every area of life. He began developing Stay Ready, a 50-day system for growth centered around five daily habits, a concept Jon began using with many of his coaching clients. Jon came to Craft & Motion to develop, design, and produce the journal in addition to creating a launch campaign.
Our Approach
Our team worked with Jon to understand the core principles behind Stay Ready and explore various formats. We ultimately decided on a Moleskine type journal and began designing a series of potential layouts. While working through design iterations, we worked with Jon to fine tune the strategy and the journal components. We then engaged one of our trusted production vendors to source the materials and print the initial run of Stay Ready Journals.
As the journals went to production, our team began developing a comprehensive launch campaign including product positioning and messaging, brand identity, a digital marketing strategy, and key art including photography and film. Our team created a website and integrated an e-commerce solution to launch a pre-order campaign and eventually accept and fulfill online orders.
Key Results
The public launch of Stay Ready was met with incredible excitement resulting in the initial run selling out in less than 24 hours. Within just a few weeks of fulfilling orders our team began working with Jon to develop a second edition Stay Ready journal with a number of added components. The resource has enabled Unfinished Leadership to expand its reach far beyond Jon's coaching clients as hundreds of individuals engaged the Stay Ready system for growth.
